SANTA’S ARRIVAL. Welcome Santa to Mandan! The jolly old man and Mrs. Claus will make their way down Main Street at 10:15 a.m. He will depart from Hardee’s (500 E Main St.), ride westbound, turn at the Mandan Depot (401 W Main St) and head back to Hardee’s. After the Parade, hop online to talk to Santa and Mrs. Claus live on Facebook at 11 a.m.
