National Save a Life Day
You never know when you might be in a position to save a life.
An overdose can impact anyone…from a child who finds a pill to a friend, family member, or neighbor who needs help.
That’s why Western Plains Public Health, the Morton Mandan Public Library and the Mandan Police Department are joining National Save a Life Day on Thursday, September 24.
Stop by the Morton Mandan Public Library, 609 West Main Street in Mandan, from 4 to 6 p.m. to learn about naloxone, recognize the signs of an opioid overdose, and find out how to access this lifesaving medication.
Bring unused or expired medications for safe disposal during the event.
It’s free and open to everyone.
