The City of Mandan is updating its code of ordinances which govern how land is subdivided, developed, and used. The goals of the project include:

• Creating an efficient process for development.
• Improving landscaping regulations to create a more beautiful city.
• Adjusting parking regulations to make development more feasible.
• Creating zoning districts appropriate for both rural and urban areas.
• Streamlining how the City defines and regulates uses.

We need your help to ensure that the code changes meet those goals and protect the quality of life in your community.
